With my combined 10-year experience being an Office Staff for over a year and being exposed to the BPO (Call center) Industry for 9 years, handling various roles from Customer service representative, Technical Support, Escalation Desk, and Team Leader, I acquired the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities in handling the simplest to the most complex tasks. Having joined two start-up programs on two different occasions, I was exposed to Project Management skills. In both cases, I have developed the ability to work under pressure and to open my mind to be innovative in terms of voicing out my suggestions for the program.
