As a Transcriptionist:
- Accurately type what is being heard in the video or audio.
- Proofread and edit reports created by speech recognition software.
- For medical transcriptions: Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and
physiology and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility.
- Research what is needed for the transcript.
- Detect errors in transcripts through proofreading.
As a Data Entry Specialist/Virtual Assistant:
- Compile and sort documents before it is entered.
- Enter data by alphabetic & numeric information according to the required format.
- Compare and verify with source document by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or
reentering information to detect duplication.
- Store completed data entries into appropriate location.
- Maintain and update files as necessary.
- Perform other work as required or assign.
As a Content Writer:
- Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services
