My professional attitude are i can work under pressure, a team player and very motivated and passionate towards my work. I have a people person skills. What i love about being a Customer Service Support is that i can help people for what they need and able to help their when it comes to their problem. I am good in administrative works. I was a Store Supervisor for almost a year and i gain alot of skills. My job is to do all the store reports (Daily sales reports, monthly reports, inventory reports, staff behavioral reports, etc) and send to the CEO and company main office. Aside from doing all the reports i managed to reach almost every month sales target with the help of my team. I am not a boss in the company but i am a leader and i motivate and help my team to do the best that we can to satisfy our customer and at the same time to reach our goal. I also cater customer inquiries and handle customer complaints and concern. I am a ESL Teacher for the past two years now.I teach both kids and adults and my job is to conduct fun and positive learning experiences to my student. I guide them in learning english and make sure to do the student evaluation afterwards.
