I had an experience as a customer service representative before in a BPO company. I have experience dealing with customers and suggesting new products and services that they would benefit too as well. I also have experience working a home-based job as a customer service admin/sales manager for 8 months with a photography company in the UK. So I do admin stuff, taking calls/answering calls, sending emails, giving quotes and invoices, handling bookings and booking forms, organizing CRM, posting ads, sending text messages and setting up meetings. I've also done some interviews through Skype [hidden]/video when we were still looking for other staff for the other company and a lot of various admin tasks such as collecting emails and all sorts of information from different websites. It was an all-around job as I was the only person left for the two companies. I also had a brief experience with Shopify and Zendesk as a customer support agent when I got hired last December 2019. We were in charge of the customers' queries regarding their orders. We give them updates as to where it is based on our tracking system. We are also in charge if there are some adjustments or refunds that needs to be done on their order. We send it via email through Zendesk. My experience was brief since our suppliers were from China we were greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
