Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Representative
Provides administrative services to clients while working from a remote location. I am an experienced customer service representative who worked in the BPO industry for 5 long years. I worked for a financial account wherein I dealt with credit cards. My major responsibility is to provide long-term solutions that satisfy both our clients and their customers. Part of my job is to answer customers' questions, address billing concerns, resolve customers’ complaints, prepare detailed notes, process payments, and make changes to customers’ accounts. I also direct customers to the right department if necessary.
Also, I can do basic tasks like; data entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
I would describe myself as passionate, organized, can be easily trained, and I’m also a fast learner. I can assure to give outstanding results, long-term relationships, and professionalism to my work because I always put my best foot forward in everything I do.
