I’m excited to apply for the available Executive Assistant position. I love to learn new skills and knowledge. I always love my job and treat it as my second world that I need to take care of as it is a growing baby. I believe if you love your job you’re not going to be exhausted or toxic in that environment. I think it is very important if you love what you do. In my previous job as a customer service representative, we interacted with customers thru phone, emails, and chat. We used different tools in communicating with the clients in the US, Australia and Canada. I learned a lot of things during my tenured years. Those things that I am willing to share to my new colleagues and to my future friends at work. While being a medical assistant, I manage their social media platforms like facebook, instagram, googles messages and Wix. I also answer emails, calls and text messages from existing patients and new incoming customers who have follow up questions, or want to book an appointment. I also manage their schedule board so the doctors can easily take the line up patients. I am directly communicating with the doctors also if they have questions or files that they need from the patient and if they need to send new medical documents to the patients. I believe that I can make a big contribution to this position. I hope you can give me a chance to be part of your family.
