In addition to that, my recent job was as a virtual assistant for a Guam-based food delivery service. I handle clients who are mostly restaurant owners who need assistance with their marketing campaigns, like promotions and discounts. I have also had a solid four years of experience as an Airbnb support ambassador and experience communicating with both guests and hosts, as the previous department I was assigned to was inclined toward home accommodations. I have been trained in how to effectively communicate with clients, including answering phones, helping them with their concerns, and performing office tasks such as filing, checking and verifying documents, and encoding them. I am currently employed as an Operations CSR II, where I handle mainly concerns about technical issues and requests for customers’ accounts. really enjoyed making contacts and spending time talking with people.
