I am a graduate of BSBA Human Resources Management last 2012, and had worked for in the BPO and Customer Service industries for around 6 years in a range of fields like Travel Management Phone and Email Support, Gaming and Tech Chat Support, and Telecom Billing Phone and Email Support as well as an Independent Contractor and Community Engagement Support for a range of products and services for clients from US, Canada, Australia and other parts of the world.
