I am a Virtual Assistant | bookkeeper with years of experience handling Accounts Payable, Receivables, transaction categorization, Bank and Statement reconciliation, Vendor and customer management, invoicing, invoice processing, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, amortization, intercompany entries, payments, producing reports and month-end assistance closing. As a General Virtual Assistant, I handle all the administrative tasks such as email management, calendar management, social media management, data entry, files organization, typing, graphics in CANVA, templating and research. I have the relevant experience for this job having years of experience in different clients in USA, UK, Australia and Singapore; I am amenable to communicate and work in different time zone.
