I have been a call center agent for more than 7 years now. I am very much willing to be trained to be more efficient in this job and i always am self motivated to learn new things especially if it requires different skills other than what i have already. I have been into different accounts in my BPO career. I have been on Data entry for about a year, I have been on call handling, answering emails from clients and even from the customers from time to time for the maximum time of 5 years. I can also say that with what i have worked for in the field, i have gained being able to provide good customer service and a reliable agent. I also have been into sales account for the last 3 years of my BPO career and has managed my own online store in fb. I am also a financial advisor in my country serving my clients as their financial coach.
