I am Kimberly Shane Sacdalan a fresh graduate student with Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology Major in Service Management. I have no experience in any BPO or VA work accounts but I work as an intern as UI designer during my on the job training and I have recent work outside BPO which is being a Pharmacist Assistant, I use to work there before for almost 4years as a working student but today I decided to work in this field.
