This is Mary Ann Arcin, 25, from Philippines. I started this technical journey when I worked as a Premium Technical Support for almost 4 years where I learned from basic to advanced stuff. For those years, I have been one of the top agents with high metrics and great commendations from customers. Being on the top, I have received lots of praises, appreciations, incentives, gift checks and of course, it boosted my confidence to take on the next level. So, I decided to apply for Service Desk Analyst in an IT Company where I am working as this moment. I am so thankful from my first company as I am using all the knowledge I gained on the job that I am doing right now. As an SDA, we are working on various projects at the same time, 9 projects to be precised. Unlike with the previous one that we are only dealing with 1, here now, I able to work to different projects that have different principles, processes and routines simultaneously with no issues at all. Last year, I got my ITIL certification with a score of 37 out of 40. Planning to get more trainings and certification but unable to due to Covid-19. Hopefully, next year, I'll be able to do those.
