At my previous company, I started as a customer service representative, after months of stay I was one of the few chosen folks moved to a department that takes care of (service concerns, troubleshooting concerns, and retention), and months after I was then transferred to a LOB which caters high payer customers, A few months after getting a recommendation to be a subject matter expert then I was accepted to the role and worked with the account resolutions team then I got the opportunity to lead a team, the client decided to have one site for the LOB so Cebu site closed and I was one of the folks transferred back to my retention department, on July 2019 I had my first retention team years and months passed, February 2020 some of my original agents had to be transferred to a different team lead as I was chosen to be one of the team leads on the new project that the client had along with my new team we made sure to help the client in as much as we could and proved it for the months we've been on the project June and September marked the best months as we Topped the ranks among other teams we worked with the rest of the months we were on top 3. In this journey, I'm proud to say I have learned a lot I may have been to different LOBs but I'm grateful for all the opportunities I have been given. From these experiences, I have learned how to be confident in speaking with clients/customers, compose and reply to emails, create excel files (formula and etc.) and especially getting along with your people.
