• Provide assistance to level 1 provider service advocates by serving as an escalation point of contact for complicated concerns • Resolve customer service inquiries which includes Benefit and Eligibility, Authorization, Claims and Appeals, Billing and Payment issues, and Customer material requests • Demonstrate ownership of customer issues and coordinates with other departments for issue resolution as necessary • Resolved raised tickets, properly tag and update tickets, follow up on open and pending tickets
