Sourcing Specialist
• Responsible for the execution and administration of recruitment marketing plans to find, attract and engage leads to convert them to qualified applicants • Assists in vendor management through reviewing vendor effectiveness • Submit/determine project plans that would include itineraries and/or costings • Responsible for evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and tracking sourcing projects • Extract resumes/applications from careers website, Jobstreet and (in the future) LinkedIn applications • Post all job requirements in social media channels, i.e. FB job board and others • Drive the general look of talent acquisition ad (in coordination with KMC Marketing to align look and feel) • Maintain and evaluate the effectiveness of all general sourcing channels, i.e. FB, LinkedIn, Jobstreet • Maintain count of resumes gathered per cluster of role • Email blast candidates for proactive sourcing of positions for potential business Support to KMC TA strategy: • Manage the KMC Employee Referral Program • Manage the applicant referral scheme • Manage campus recruitment efforts • Create additional sourcing channels • Generate reports and analysis that support
