Next company Worked as a Customer Care and Sales Representative, handling inbound calls for various issues when it comes to managing customer accounts. After 3 months of being a trainee and working in production, they promoted me as a Technical Support Representative handling transferred calls from care and performing more system troubleshooting. I decided to jump up my career to one of the most known BPO companies in Manila which is TSA Philippines. As a Technical Support Analyst I handle inbound calls and help customer fix their issues with services over the phone and managing their account by pitching sales as well. Aside from working in the BPO Companies, I have my side huddles or part time jobs I became workaholic person to reach my personal goals in life. I have handled a lot of tools and CRMs and I would say That I am well trained and prepare for future new jobs and projects
