My name is Grethel, I am 30 years old and have 2 children 8 and 4 years old. I love watching Netflix all day on my day off and love reading books. I recently found a love for dogs and got one for the family :)
I am a strongly motivated individual looking for opportunities to make use of my direct experience of working as an telemarketer and would therefore be extremely interested in any potential vacancies where i can employ my marketing and telephone skills to attain a substantial customer base for the company.
Over the past 8 years I have a wide rangin experience in Virtual or Administrative Assistance plus Customer Service including Technical and Telemarketing/Appointment Setting. I am well equipped with knowledge in Google Apps, MS Office,Asana, CRM like Zoho, Vulcan, Ytel, Vicidial, salesdialers and Xencall .
I had 2 years field experience as customer service in an actual callcenter for Microsoft account and a year for ATnT.
And when I decided to work home base my forst job was appointment setting for mobile applications- calling B2B. I worked with Keller williams and other real estate brokers for 2 years. Worked with an Australian account for Airbnb as customer service provider for 2 years and set appointments for Medicare and other health insurance. Have also done email markerting and Article writing.
I have been proficient in making calls and setting appointments in order to secure leads or appointments for meeting criteria required.
