I was a Web Researcher for various clients. I conducted detail-oriented research and gathered accurate information in spreadsheets such as contact details, names, etc. As an Admin Support Assistant and Researcher for an e-commerce drop shipping business, I was responsible for conducting extensive product and supplier research, preparing and sending out Mailchimp e-mail marketing campaigns for the online store and providing timely response and resolution of customer complaints and disputes.
