Sales Assistant/Researcher/Transcriber/Virtual Assistant
I was a Web Researcher for various clients. I conducted detail-oriented research and gathered accurate information in spreadsheets such as contact details, names, etc.
As an Admin Support Assistant and Researcher for an e-commerce drop shipping business, I was responsible for conducting extensive product and supplier research, preparing and sending out Mailchimp e-mail marketing campaigns for the online store and providing timely response and resolution of customer complaints and disputes.
For several years, I was also remotely assisting our US sales and production team, including the director and the executive director by helping them meet their weekly and monthly sales goals, efficiently setting-up appointment schedules, book reviews, data entry, answering customer queries (email and phone) and also assisted our Ghost Writers by converting files, transcribing voicemail messages, audios (interviews particularly) and scanned files. Part of my job was also conducting training for new assistants.
With two years of experience in Marketing and Advertising, my tasks revolved around order processing, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, researching, sending out sales proposals on LinkedIn, product training, preparing and sending out newsletter campaigns and marketing collateral to prospect clients and sales staff. I also created articles for our blogs to boost online presence. I wish to impart my knowledge and experiences to employers who are seeking Virtual Assistants, experienced Transcribers, Admin, Data Entry and Researchers.
