I am Roxy Comin, currently residing in Quezon City, Philippines, but I am also based in Ilagan, Isabela. I am 21 years old, and have almost two years worth of experience in the Customer Service/Technical Support field. I was a part of the Apple Support team, covering the Asia-Pacific region. In all of these positions I had, I persevered and excelled. I was among the top ten top performing agents in my first company. I always held a high number of customer who’s subscription services I saved from ending. I am also the top agent in my team in my most recent company for two consecutive months, prior to resigning.
