Quality Supervisor Proactively assists in information gathering, risk assessment, and tailoring of audit programs for assigned audits Contribute to Strategy & Operations’ continuous improvement and quality; Helps in identifying improvements in the OE and QA framework Recommend solutions to Performance Service Delivery Lead that will lead to maturity and increased capability; Follows QBE’s Operational Excellence standard processes, recommending improvements as necessary Quality Analyst Understanding of continuous improvement project pipeline and the priorities agreed with the business QA checks in line with appropriate audit standards Active contribution ensuring quality audit processes are leading to the implementation of best practice in the process area (i.e.: Finance, HR...) End-to-end process review or process automation projects are documented and managed as per company guidelines and policies (including governance and sign off processes) Build and maintain effective ongoing working relationships with management and staff of the areas of assigned work, to understand their needs during the assignment process
