I am a new VA and will be doing this as a side hussle for now. I am on my 3rd year as a Quality Analyst for Citi cards evaluating both phone and email interactions. I am experienced in Customer Service (9 years for US based accounts for Quickbooks account maintanance and direct deposit, telephone banker for Chase and customer service for Citi cards). I am a quick learner,adaptable,curious and detail oriented. I am also self sufficient and at the same time a team player.
