I am a very optimistic and detail-oriented person with seven years of experience in the real estate and property management industry. I worked as a property manager and was responsible for the daily operations of the property, tenant relations, building system and maintenance, financial matters, and customer service. The last project that I managed was composed of 4 towers with 1,308 residential units and 10 commercial units. I also performed incredible and professional customer service to irate or challenging clients. I am very passionate about building relationships with residents/customers.
