*JOB DESCRIPTIONS: • Claims/Billing processing • Collection Call • Following up and investigate appealed denied claims • Collect and review referral and pre-authorization • Follow up on missed payments and resolve financial discrepancies • Prepare and submit billing date and medical claims to insurance companies/funders. • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate coding and documentation • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance and billing regulations, including coding and compliance requirements • Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims and appeals • Perform payment posting, account adjustments, and reconciliations • Verify and update customer data in the CRM system • Experience billing healthcare representative and managed plans in Michigan • Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies
