Hi, I am Pam. I am a customer service and order management executive for 12 years already. My work mainly is on answering inquiries through email. As years passed, I learned to do templates and make improvements on how I do my work. In this way, I can make it easier for me but at the same time it is a better way to communicate with the customer.
