• Monitoring of Attendance • Sending of daily, weekly and monthly report (Headcount, Attendance Rate and Attrition Rate) to Account Manager • Assess and evaluate yearly performance of employees based on attendance, productivity, quality of work, attitude and work behavior, and communication skills • Discuss performance evaluation to employees • Deliberate employees' regularization with department supervisors and line leaders • Processed employees' employment status form probationary to regular • Performed counselling activities and issue disciplinary action if necessary • Timekeeping (filing of Manual Time in and out, change shift, leave and Overtime through CORE - payroll system) • Conduct orientation for newly onboard employees • Conduct 8-hour occupational health and safety training for employees • Perform regular employee assessment or examination before deployment • Communicate and address all employees' concerns such as payroll, mandated benefits and employees ‘performance in terms of attendance, productivity and quality of work • Communicate and address clients' concern to management team related to deployment and overall performance of our employees • Monitoring and issuance of shoe and uniform locker • Update and monitoring of employees' master file (201 file/ database) • Perform employees' exit interview • Process employees' resignation and clearances
