I'm hardworking and also a self motivated person. As my job before we assist our costumer by giving them the solution for their concerns, that’s why this can be easier for me to work with this job. Costumer support for me is not only a job but it’s also just like helping your co family. You can feel the great customer satisfaction when you solve their problems. Another thing is I can patiently listen and analyze what the customer wants to happen so I can give them the fulfillment or the solution to their concerns. I am a resourceful and responsible employee for me complaining in a job does not make any sense because the more you talk the more you do nothing. I can work independently and I am hardworking employee I always give all of my best and as long as I can I do multitasking because I want my employer or my boss see me as a worthy employee. I am also knowledgeable to Microsoft tools because we are assisting our costumer using computer and we also made paper reports in the end of the month and because I'm a 2 years information technology graduate. And the last thing is, I'm am very on time person because I don't want anyone complain about tardiness and because being is late is a negative thing for me and for my salary.
