I joined a new account under Wipro that would be OPTUM who are in need of claims trained agents who be conducting outreach to providers to ask for supporting documents, I got promoted as Subject Matter Expert due to being consistent top agent. After 4 months of being an SME I was promoted as a Team Leader for a new process. Manage 16 agents, do coaching, do side by side to provide on the spot coaching. do call listening to check the pivotal behavior of my agents and to correct it.
