Hire Ms. Honeylisa Malate In The Philippines

I have been working with Truphone for 8 years. I handle customer inquiries for 2 years and transferred to the Quality team to monitor the services delivered to the customer by our Customer Agents. I'm currently under the Customer Experience Team where I still do quality checks for the operations and create/edit articles for internal processes/procedures at the same time. With that said, I am very keen on details and good at analyzing information. I am a single mother of 2 and currently looking for a part-time job to cover my youngest child therapies. Unfortunately, here in the Philippines, there is no program to help out parents with children with special needs and the parents have to shoulder all expenses of the child's developmental therapies. I may be new in this field, but I am a fast learner and very, very efficient, dedicated, and hardworking. I get things done! :)
