I currently work on an Insurance company. I provide assistance to our customers such us billing, making a payment, general inquiry in regards to their auto and home insurance. In 2019, I worked as a technical support specialist in a popular computer brand company (Dell). We're helping our customers to fix their computers. We're doing basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue further. If system is beyond economical repair we are replacing necessary parts. We're supporting basic hardware issues and some basic troubleshooting for WLAN and WWAN connection and also helping them installing and activating Microsoft Office. We are providing them accurate information in terms with their PC model. I am active in social media, I have Facebook account, Instagram, YouTube and others. I can interact to others, posting, viewing and even do reviews. I have lot of time since I am working at home.
