I am not a degree holder, but I work in a corporation for more than 7 years now. My Duty is to prepare Bidding Documents, to act as Bidder representative most of the time. My boss gets impressed when our Company declared eligible bidder but he is more impressed when we got the Contract to perform the delivery of goods. Despite of my educational background, they never treated me like anyone instead they are happy to have me because I have the talent where a degree holder has. When I landed this job I thought this wasn't for me , I am not good enough because I haven't finished college but then someone believed me that I can do it that was my boss. I do self-study through online research, how to perform things, how to put love on document preparation, and then with God's well, I did my best where my boss and colleague truly believed and impressed me all along.
