I'm a bank employee currently focusing on account management and customer service. I have worked on doing encoding jobs and online sales and marketing. Way back when I was in high school and college years, I participated in writing newsletters in our school and university-wide journalism group. I'm excited to transition to a work-from-home setup, even though it's new and I may not have direct experience yet. Nonetheless, I'm eager to learn and adapt quickly.
