I am goal oriented and persistent. I enjoy dealing with challenges and solving problems more than staying in my comfort zone. I believe my greatest strength is tightly holding to my belief that every problem has a solution. If you take an action but the problem still exists, then it is not the solution. It would be difficult for someone to tell me that something is impossible to be done. I take pride on my drive to finish the job especially if I have committed myself to it. In my previous company I saw people leaving the projects because they found the job too overwhelming, requiring too much of their time and attention, but I have 6 solid years to prove my commitment to keep moving forward no matter what because again each problem has a resolution.
