Manage team of 40 persons including technicians, fitters, welders, fabricators and supervisors by planning, decision making, organizing, leading, motivating and controlling the financial, physical, and information resources of organization to keep production and utility machines and supporting equipment of processing section at desired level of performance. ‌Ensure available of required resources by planning manpower rotation and providing critical spare parts and necessary tools to timely address machines breakdowns in shortest possible time. ‌Plan and implement effective preventive maintenance of 110 production machines in coordination with production department by performing maintenance activities recommend by OEM and observations extracted from daily and weekly machine inspection checklists and other proactive inspections. ‌Maintain optimum inventory level of spare parts by setting and periodically reviewing ROL(Re Order Level) for frequently consumed items and timely arranging critical parts in coordination with procurement department, suppliers and OEMs. Ensure on time availability of machine parts to be repaired in-house through maintenance workshop. ‌Maintain workplace effectively by proper implementation of 5S in order to eliminate wastage of time and resources including man hours, spare parts and tools to minimize breakdown time and job time. ‌Develop strategy for condition monitoring of critical machine parts and execute predictive maintenance before failure of identified defected parts. ‌Closely monitor utility consumption of machines and timely take corrective action in case of abnormal utilization of water, steam, air or electricity. ‌To prepare Opex, Capex and Revex budgets for Financial year. Monthly review and ensure budget variance within allowed limit of 3%. ‌To daily monitor machine breakdown report. Perform RCA root cause analysis for frequent and critical faults using Pareto analysis (80-20 rule) and plan for corrective action to eliminate the causes of major issues. ‌To maintain maximum efficiency of energy conservation equipment by regular monitoring of steam traps, heat exchangers and prevent energy loses by effective insulation and leakage elimination audits. ‌To implement and sustain computerized maintenance management system by training of subordinates and strong monitoring for successful utilization of system. ‌As reliability engineer perform strategic tasks to ensure maximum availability of production machines by identifying and mitigating risks that can cause failure of key production machines. ‌Continuously look for kaizen opportunities for improvement in machines, system and resources, and execute by means of available resources. ‌Ensure departmental compliance against applicable rules, polices, standard and procedures. Conduct periodic internal audits to keep check in department for QMS, EHS, Social Compliance, Lean and 5S requirements. ‌To keep production floor in desired condition by maintaining safety guards, grills, stairs, platforms, etc. in satisfactory condition and keeping ventilation fans and blowers in operation effectively to keep staff and machine state of comfort. ‌To carry out calibration of all monitoring and measurement equipment to maintain integrity and accuracy of data obtained from test devices. ‌Planning, Organizing, Sourcing, Execution and Closure of projects and contractual work fulfilling all deliverables within timelines and allocated budget.
