I have over 6 years of experience with database management, customer service, email marketing and leads generation. I have previously worked for a Malaysian training provider company in Cebu City. My main responsibilities are outbound/inbound calls and email marketing, to sell training programs offered by the company, prepare invoices, email blasting of pamphlets and brochures, answering incoming calls/inquiries etc.
