I've been a customer support agent for 6 years & 2 years for appointment setter, and my duties included answering phone calls, emails, chats, Amazon, Data Entry, tracking shipments, technical issues, and calendar management. Recently I have been looking for a job as a Virtual Assistant, I bring a new perspective to this position as a virtual assistant who is also ready to learn and develop. Even though I may be unfamiliar with the precise duties of a virtual assistant, I am eager to put my great organizational abilities, adaptability, and passion to work for my clients. I'm determined to put in the time and effort necessary to become acquainted with the required tools and processes, even though I might run into additional difficulties along the road.
