Hi! My name is Vigian Danielle. I have been an ESL Teacher for a year and decided to join the BPO Industry last 2022. At the beginning of my BPO journey, I was a lead generation specialist. I dialed various of accounts & most of them were appointment setting and pre-qualifying each customer. My performace was good that’s why I got promoted into a Team Leader and later on became an Account Manager. I will always consider myself as a beginner even though I have 14 months of experience in this field because as what Albert Einstein said, “an expert is a person who has few new ideas; a beginner is a person with many.”
