Hi, I'm Kenneth Ben Reasonable. I'm new to the Virtual Assistant Industry. In the past, I worked as a medical transcriptionist for 3 years and 7 months. I was assigned to an account called Hershey Medical Center. With them, we are tasked to transcribe audio files. These files include inpatient and outpatient clinic reports. We are transcribing their history of present illness, social history, past medical and surgical history, physical examination, medication as well as impression and plan. After that, I worked as a customer service representative for 2 years. I was assigned to an account called AT&T/DirecTV. In this account, I was tasked to sell movie channels like HBO, Cinemax, Starz, pay-per-view, etc. We are also tasked to do some basic tech support as well as answer some of the customer's billing concerns. I also worked with eBay Customer Service Representative. On that job, I was tasked to answer the buyer or the seller's concern if ever there is a problem with the item that was bought on eBay. Common concerns include item not received, item arrived damaged or defective as well as if the customer wants to return the item. Also worked as a Medical Virtual assistant for 6 months at a clinic in Tustin California. I was scribing, reviewing patient messages, triaging patient issues to bring them to the attention of physicians and occasionally filling in for full-time scribes.
