I've worked before as a customer service representative and I have knowledge and understanding in dealing with this kind of project as I've worked before for a client and my main responsibilities are Social Media Management, Facebook handling, Instagram handling, Twitter handling, E-mail management, Blogging, Photo, and video editing.
