I am a graduate from St. Scholastica's College - Westgrove. My strand/track is HUMSS. During my stay in St. Scholastica's College - Westgrove, we had our Creotec work immersion in new normal for ten days. I belonged in the Employee Relations Department. Our department is assigned to check the time ins and time outs daily of immersion learners and give ENTE form with those people who are late, absent, or with discipline issues. In the work assignments, we are divided into four groups to do the memorandum, lists of birthday celebrants, team building, newsletter and compilation of video feedbacks with subtitles. Overall, it was a good experience. Creotec work immersion in new normal helps me to grow and to know better about the industry and work assignments that I need to accomplish on a certain time in the midst of pandemic.
