I am a Senior Highschool graduate from St. Scholastica's College Westgrove under the strand of ABM or Accountancy and Business Management where in I was able to gain my knowledge and understanding when it comes to marketing and management. During my Senior year in St. Scho, we underwent a work immersion program that was held by CREOTEC Philippines inc. which has helped me in understanding the world of business deeper. During this said immersion, I was assigned to the Employee Relations department where in I was tasked to become the team leader of the department. Being the team leader, I was the one in-charge of dividing the given tasks and giving it to my team. I was also in-charge of filing out ENTE forms to those people who were absent or late for the day's meeting or work and as well as making announcements about any reminders or events. Being a part of the ER team, I was also tasked to proofread any announcements, memorandums, or newsletter that will be posted for the day, to check for any errors in spelling or in grammar or just to check the contents of said post. I was also tasked to prepare the activities for Team building activity and as well as to make sure that people were having fun and complying through out the said activity. And last but not the least but as the team leader, I was given the job to see if the tasks that I have given are being done on time and properly. These experiences has helped me to hone my skills in not just being a good leader but as well as my public speaking and formal writing skills as well as for my editing.
