I am a Senior High School graduate of St. Scholastica's College Westgrove. I was under the STEM or Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Strand during my SHS years. In my last year of Senior High, I went through a work immersion program managed by CREOTEC Philippines Inc. During the program, I was assigned to the Health and Safety Department. I also became the leader of the HS Department. Our tasks usually involved making memoranda, videos, and presentations that are educational and health-related. We also monitored the compliance with submission of daily 5S photos and daily health checklist, and participation of employees during the daily ergonomic exercise. Moreover, as the leader, I observed the cooperation and contribution of each member of the HS Department in tasks.
