As a Human Resource Assistant, specifically in the benefits of our employees in our branch , I have a broad and meticulous job. It requires keen observance to details and a job output well produced in a specific timeline. In this job, I'm handling our employees benefits , complaints, feedbacks and other concerns. I also conduct orientation for our newly hired employees and do fieldwork to submit reports to government agencies. Being a person that has first-hand experience in customer relations, I believe that I have what it takes to perform well in any job that I'll be assigned with.
