As an HR Associate, I worked with the HR Director. I am assigned to the daily tasks in the human resource department on Hiring/Recruitment, Training and Development, part of the Compensation and Benefits, and Admin works. Aside from these HR tasks, I am currently handling the hiring and monitoring of working scholars in the University. Moreover, being able to work in the HR field, I was able to meet different kind of people and it helped me mold into who I am today.
