• Providing support to Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. shared services account comprising total of 17 stores; Department Store, Handyman, Daiso Japan, Robinsons Appliances and Business Center. • Provides HR administration support of HR Operations i.e. On-Boarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Benefits Administration and HR reports. • Recruitment and Screening of direct hire employee from R&F to Managerial and Third Party Personnel. • Conduct background investigation/ reference check. • Securing 201 files of on-boarding employees prior sending to Head Office for inclusion. • Preparing Job Offers, Contracts, Personnel Action Notice and other forms for company benefits • Training and Developmetn; conducting New employee orientation (Direct), Basic Company Orientation (non-direct), customer service and complaint management. • Employee Relations work includes: prepare Return-to-work-order, Notice to Explain, Termination Letters, conducts exit interview. • Attending DOLE/NLRC conference and hearing (SENA and NOTICEs) for labor concerns. • Preparation of reports and document in compliance with OSH programs. • Counseling employees; work related or personal concerns as deemed necessary. • Implementation and monitoring of company HR policies and procedures • Assist managers with Performance management and employee evaluation • Coordinates with LGUs/PESO in preparation for a Local Recruitment Activities, Job Fairs etc.
