Hire HR In The Philippines

I am an Admin Manager on a manufacturing company here in the Philippines, owned by a foreigner. Been working there for almost five years. I graduated last 2012 with a degree of Psychology and I've been working for a total of eight years in HR / Admin industry. I am a computer literate with an advance knowledge in Microsoft Office. I am in charge with recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training, payroll, organizational development, employee and labor relations. I am also in charge with organizing and scheduling meeting, communication and do all the admin.
