All I can say about myself is that I’m a simple person who wants to do anything but in a good way just to fulfill my dreams in life. A simple person who is willing to sacrifice for a better future. I have a lot of experience but another side of the industry like finance and sales. I’m not fluent or good at English, but if you want and need it, you can do it no matter what happens if you love what you are doing, you will succeed. This is my first time entering the world of the Virtual Assistant industry, I’m here because I want to learn something new that helps develop or enhance my skills. For the past 10 years of experience, I have had a lot of challenges that I encountered, I have a lot of training that I joined and I am confident that thru my knowledge and experience I can share my thoughts in this company. For my latest experience, I was connected at Aqua Manpower Services my position was Area Manager my job is to monitor all my staff that belongs in my jurisdiction. I decided not to renew my contract because I need to back to my province for a family matter. Before I was connected with Aqua Manpower Services, I also connected to Home Credit Philippines way back in January 2017 with the position of Sales Associate. My job is to process all clients that want to apply for a loan thru gadgets, appliances, etc. After 1 year and 5 months, I’ve got promoted way back in June 2018 as a District Sales Manager my job is to monitor all my sales associates’ performance, my account under my name, and my retailers that belong to my area. I was handling the areas namely, part of Cebu Central like two of Ayala Malls and SM Seaside, Cebu South, Toledo, Balamban, Tuburan, and I was also handling Bohol for almost 1 year. After almost 5 years at Home Credit Philippines, I decided to leave my job due to pandemic restrictions and the new company policies. And the other thing is I know how to drive four wheels, I have also a motor bicycle. I know how to use Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. I was able to study college but only until 2nd year in 1st semester. The course I took was Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. When I am in a stressful situation, I often stop to take a step back and allow myself some time to think, plan and prioritize. If I am surrounded a negative people or if I have someone conflict with regarding our job, I just want to talk to her/him and make some deals to fix the conflict. As per the increase in technology assessment, every business holder has an outsourcing department where they can excel with their skills and capabilities towards the work. With that, people can groom themselves up with massive interaction with different people having different skills and learn from them. Over the years, I have acquired relevant skills and experience, which I shall bring to this company. I have also worked tirelessly on my communication abilities and teamwork skills, which I will put to use in my future career, which would be to this company if I am selected for this position. Virtual Assistant has always been a career opportunity for me as you are exposed to a new field, wherein a person can develop personality and communication skills. Apart from it, Virtual Assistant is a well-diversified Industry. Over the next few years, I want to explore and develop skills in the Virtual Assistant Industry. In five years, I want to have gained experience in handling client queries through the Virtual Assistant job is. I will be looking for opportunities to expand my responsibilities within this role to work towards my goal. I can do the work and deliver exceptional results to the company. I will fit in beautifully and be a great addition to the team. I possess a combination of skills and experience that make you stand out.
