I worked in the BPO industry for 4 years as a customer service representative under the Healthcare Account. My last job was at Omega Healthcare as Healthcare Executive under billing department for physical and occupational therapy. I am responsible for assisting patients regarding their billing concerns, sending emails to clients, creating tasks, collecting and processing payments. I do inbound and outbound work as well. Helping patients call the location to set up or cancel an appointment, handling email inquiries and also reviewing and correcting claims for each date of service I also gathers information related to customers’ concerns and provides appropriate resolution and maintain patient accounts by updating account information.
