Hire Health and Safety Employee In The Philippines

Employee Health is the state of well-being. It not only includes physical well-being, but the mental and emotional well-being as well. It is my responsibility to provide healthy work environment to other employees/ co-workers. If they will be careful about their health because of what I will be providing to them, replace­ment of employees who are injured or killed could be avoided. Through employee safety and health programs, the company can enhance the emotional and physical well-being of the employees.
