I do have experience in the small business for 4 years and I'm very organized in the things I work on. I have a stable internet connection that can support my work for 8 hours a day and backups ready when necessary. The tasks I can do are to send and respond to emails and text messages, call leads and do follow-up calls, and input information in their CRM, organize their schedule and manage follow-ups for documents. I am also a team player and can adapt well to new things introduce in the company. I also believe in hearing out what others might say to me, whether it’s a compliment or criticism because I know that is where I will learn more. I am also the type that if I don’t know a certain thing or process, I say it out and ask for help as a last resort, after using all my resources for the answer. I would rather do that than sacrifice the work and being a know-it-all and end up in a tight mess, at least my admitting I don’t know something makes me learn it from my superior and use it in the future. I am very open to learning new things and I can adapt easily to that change. I would like to contribute my skills to the company to help it grow and I know that your company can also help me grow.
