Before I worked in the BPO Industry for over 9 years and that includes my experience as Cold Caller for a Real Estate Company and Home Security System Campaign where I got the promotion to be the Team Leader. This role really developed my Customer Service and Sales Skills. It also equipped me with the ability to work in a team environment. Working in the Real Estate Industry molded my skills to do more and strive harder when doing cold calling.
